Growth
Having a library of theme-based, structured interviews creates a unique way to hold up a “talent mirror” to people for coaching and mentoring career growth. It helps me condense measurable data and analysis into a clear, concise, actionable report.
All leader growth interviews and feedback summaries are based on the 5 Leader Keys and Life Themes of an Outstanding Leader.
These examples are from a Leader Growth Retreat that offered personal and team feedback. Grown Feedback for the newly hired used converted Finalist Summaries.
Personal Growth Summary
This example describes patterns in how a person tends to think and act based upon who they are as a leader, and what it’s like to work closely with them as part of a team.
It’s organized by theme areas and boils down the essence of how clearly a person describes living out the themes. Knowledge, skills, and experience are coached separately.
The result is personal clarity and setting goals to protect a strength, and improve a gap.
Team Growth Summary
This example combines patterns in how the team tends to think and act as a team. The graphs show areas of common strength and gaps to guide collaboration and knowing where to build capacity.
It’s organized by theme areas and boils down the essence of how clearly the team describes living out the themes.

I’m always making video posts, promos, how-to clips, and training segments for online courses. The examples here show a variety of types and skills. (2 min.)

Each 1 Lead 1 Podcast
(Pilot episode) Leader stories of being mentored, and how they’re passing it on to mentor future leaders. I’m building up a set of six episodes so I can publish to Apple, Spotify, etc. I still need to add the music, intro, and exit to the recording before I launch.

Respite Night Events
As of October 2023, I have assisted with 25 quarterly Respite Night Events for the Lincoln, NE area. These nights are part of Masterpiece Ministries at First Free Church.
